SaRC-Q is pleased to announce the upcoming opening of the Phase I clinical trial EMBOLD Sarcoma-202 (GSK300640), evaluating risvutatug rezetecan (Ris-Rez/HS-20093), a fully human IgG1 monoclonal antibody targeting B7-H3.
The study is expected to open at our site on June 16, 2026, and we are anticipated to be the first site worldwide to activate this trial.
This study is particularly encouraging, as the treatment has already demonstrated promising activity in patients with sarcoma in earlier studies conducted primarily in Asia. This North American study is part of the ongoing regulatory development required by agencies such as the FDA and Health Canada.
Enrollment will be highly competitive globally:
- Approximately 40 patients with osteosarcoma
- Approximately 24 patients with soft tissue sarcoma
Eligible soft tissue sarcoma histologies include:
- Liposarcoma (including relevant subtypes)
- Myxoid liposarcoma
Excluded histologies:
- Ewing sarcoma
- Synovial sarcoma
- Chondrosarcoma
For osteosarcoma, enrollment will proceed in global cohorts of three patients, with dose reassessment after each cohort.
We encourage referring physicians to send potentially eligible patients as early as possible to allow timely eligibility assessment and maximize the chance of enrollment.
